coffeeheaven international plc, prior to its acquisition by Whitbread Plc earlier this year, was an independent coffee chain of 90 outlets across Eastern Europe. Based in Warsaw, Poland, the company was established by Richard Worthington, who was executive chairman until the sale of the business.
